The launch takes place in Europe and LAC, and builds on EmblaCom’s extensive experience of mobile PBX services in Nordics. EmblaAgent is an automated cloud-hosted mobile PBX solution. The solution provides operators’ business customers with a reliable outsourced service to handle all their incoming calls, on one unified number. This strengthens their company image while ensuring all calls are answered in a professional manner.

Providing the mobile-PBX as a SaaS enables mobile operators’ fast time to market for launching new business services. With no initial investments needed from operators hosted delivery will let them focus on sales and marketing. EmblaAgent is a strong addition to any operator’s portfolio and will attract new business customers and deepen partnerships with existing ones – especially SMEs.

Companies can set up their own voice menus, call queues, call distribution methods, and voice announcements. Calls are then forwarded directly to the person that can best serve the customer – wherever they are. If a person is busy, the next one in line can pick up the call, meaning no lost calls and no lost business. With EmblaAgent, all companies, no matter the size, will now have access to the same functionalities that were previously only available to large corporations. José Llabrés has joined the company as of 15th January as Vice President Sales and Marketing LAC to Panama. José has a strong background in telecoms and has previously worked for major ICT companies like Ericsson, Telia, Oracle and Wedo Technologies.

Janne Sivula will relocate himself to EmblaCom’s headquarters in Helsinki, Finland and take a new position as Vice President Business Development. Janne will take the responsibility of e.g. developing new product and business concepts and global marketing in EmblaCom.
