EmblaCom has received significant orders

EmblaCom has received significant expansion orders from two of its existing customers. The orders include capacity expansions: hardware and user licenses, as well as new features and functionality such as a mobile web application.

These EmblaCom Mobility Suite (EMS) orders enhance service usability and user experience and most importantly improve the customer’s ability to serve efficiently an increasing number of customers. Most parts of the deliveries will take place during the second quarter of 2011.

EmblaCom is a Finnish provider of corporate voice solutions. Our solutions are targeted for mobile operators’ business customers enabling them efficient and professional voice communication. EmblaCom’s expertise lies in Value Added Services in GSM and IMS networks.

Ari Paganus appointed as Sales Director

EmblaCom continues to grow as Ari Paganus joined the company 1st of June. Ari is a true expert in telecommunication business, with a strong background in opening new international business. Previously, he has worked for major ICT companies, such as Nokia and Tecnomen (currently known as Tecnotree).

As the new Sales Director, Ari is in charge of generating sales in Europe and developing partner relations.

EmblaCom appoints a new System Engineer

EmblaCom keeps growing: Teemu Sieviläinen joins our company. Sieviläinen has been appointed in the position of System Engineer, where he is responsible for the delivery and testing of customer projects.

He began in his position March 21, 2011. Previously he has worked as a System Engineer at Ascom (Finland) Oy.

EmblaCom strengthens its team with three new members

Niclas Svahnstöm has been appointed as Product Manager. He is responsible for product management, sales support and participating in product development. Niclas Svahnström began his new duties 14.2. He has previously worked at Telia Sonera.

Merja Karttunen has been appointed as EmblaCom’s technical writer. She is responsible for producing product documentation and maintenance. Merja Karttunen has previously worked at Ericsson. She took up her duties 7.2.

New upgrade order received

EmblaCom has received a capacity upgrade order from its existing customer. The order is continuation to co-operation which has lasted for over ten years. The customer is a significant mobile operator, which is rated among the top 10 operators in the world.

According to Ilari Parkkinen CEO of EmblaCom the order is a sign of a strong and effective co-operation of which he is very pleased.
